Friday Night Random Thought 10-1-10

I recently read a post on a friends blog about how she killed a mosquito by spraying hairspray to slow it down and then swatting it. It got me to thinking about the sound a mosquito makes and how horrendouly evil it is...but I can only think of the word buzzing to describe it, which hardly seems to do the sound justice.

  2. Those all work, but they don't get at the sense of rage and desperation when you are trying to get to sleep and all of a sudden this high pitched sound invades your ear. I think part of it is that mosquitoes are so small, they have to practically get in your ear for your to hear them. YUCK!!!
