Friday Night Random Thought 9-18-10

I find it odd how I get on these mini-fads.  Like right now I'm stuck on frozen mini-milky ways.  Can't get enough of them.  And those little one pouch Kool Aid drink mixes.  I'm drinking like three grape Kool Aids a day.  Before these it was Lindy's Orange flavored italian ice.  Why do we get stuck on the wierdest of things?  Oh, and banana bread.  I've been eating a LOT of that lately.  Thank goodness for ADHD, I burn everythihg off in minutes.

  1. I'm the same way. Recently for me it's been chocolate muffins. I've had to stop that one!

  2. I'm stuck on kalachies. The jalapenos ones at the donut shop. Nom. Some good stuff.

  3. Iced coffee. It's been hot as Hell this summer and while I need caffeine, I so do not want it hot. This week's flavor has been Hazelnut but I'm really beginning to crave cinnamon...

  4. The cafeteria at the hospital chere I work has these homemade potato chips that are A-W-E-S-O-M-E. I'm so totally stuck on those, it's crazy.

I like your blog, Doug, nice :D

  5. You should really try snacking on Xocai healthy chocolate. It's the chocolate I always reference in all of my books whenever I mention my favorite food (which is often). Even had my vampire, Gregory, in my just released mainstream teen-angst, vampire, werewolf, demon, dragon, witch, warlock, chimera, shape-shifter, candle-reader novel, FLICKER: #1 BOOK OF ANSWERS, turn to it when he got weaned from blood (have to keep my teens healthy, since they already have so much other trauma in their lives). And although I did get involved in distribution of the product, it wasn't to sell it to anyone, but only get it cheaper for myself, so don't expect any kind of hard-sell from me. Though I majored in advertising/marketing, way back when, it was because I sucked so much at sales that I became an author instead. I do know for a fact, though, what with a history of diabetes in my family, that this is the one chocolate that keeps my blood glucose from soaring sky-high...besides tasting damned good.
